By accessing and using the ColonyAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. This platform is provided as a tool for microbiological analysis and laboratory compliance monitoring. Usage outside of operational guidelines may affect the accuracy of analysis results.
2. License and Access Rights
ColonyAI grants a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to registered organizations to utilize our systems. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering the ColonyAI Computer Vision models.
- Reselling or distributing access without written authorization.
- Using the platform for purposes that violate local laws or ISO standards.
- Uploading malicious or unauthorized datasets into the system.
3. User Responsibilities
Each analyst and organization is fully responsible for:
Results Validation
Performing manual verification of AI detections before data finalization.
Account Security
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials in accordance with zero-trust protocols.
